Like most of the songs we pick for the Fav, it's a perfect compliment to your aerobics or weight lifting exercise program, or soundtrack to your game whatever your sport. This music is designed to motivate you to move your body! It's summertime, get off the computer once in a while and go play outside!

"I Had Too Much To Dream" by the ELectric Prunes is already on our MP3 page. If you've never heard it, you MUST listen to "See Emily Play" by none other than Pink Floyd! These guys had amazing psychedelic songs in the 60s. These songs were written by Syd Barrett, who ended up "Confortably Numb" in an institution. Which leads me into a little public service announcement... No need for drugs or alcohol, just listen to garage and psychedelic music (with headphones, if you can) and get high on the music!
